New Plag HaMincha Davening Times

Since we just finished learning Berachos, we wanted to accomodate both the opinions of the Rabbis and R'Yehudah regarding the proper time to daven Mincha - so we have added a Plag HaMincha minyan through Shavous. (Note: That is not exactly the real reason)
