Dreidel Vs Grogger

In his Sunday morning shiur, R' Haber brought down a B'nei Yissoschar which points out that on Purim there was mass Teshuva, an awakening from below, so we shake the grogger from the bottom. On Chanukah, only a small group did Teshuva but Hashem saved us, it was primarily an awakening from above, so we spin the Dreidel from above. Since time is cyclical, we have the opportunity to take advantage of this awakening from above during this time of year.
