CLOTHING DRIVE FOR ISRAEL

Women’s League of Cong. Ahavas Yisroel will again be collecting used clothing to ship to Israel. The shipment will go to Kiryat Sefer and the distribution will be overseen by Bracha (Pearl) Silberstein.
Date: Tuesday, November 7, 2006
Time: 7:00-10:00 p.m.
Place: Congregation Ahavas Yisroel,
corner 73rd Avenue & 147th Street
The shipping is done in egg boxes and the cost is approximately $18/box.
1. Clothing for infants & toddlers
2. Shabbos and everyday clothing (in very good condition) for children 5-12
Boys: Long pants / shorts - dark colors
Polo shirts with buttons
Shirts - white / plaids / stripes
Girls: Dresses, skirts and jumpers
Blouses with appropriate sleeves
3. Shabbos clothing for teens
Donations towards shipping costs would be greatly appreciated.
Checks can be made out to Congregation Ahavas Yisroel Women’s League.

The event is for women only. The charge for women is $12 and for students is $10.
