This past week was the final Shabbos for two families who have both been a source of leadership and G’milas Chasadim to our Shul and the community. Steve and Karen Reisbaum have both served our Shul in many capacities. In addition to serving for years as dinner chairman, vice president, and then president, Steve instituted and continues to run the Shul's other major fundraiser, the winter Rocking Horse Ranch program that we have grown to love. Many important projects for the Shul were begun under his administration. We cannot say enough to thank both him and his entire family for all of their efforts on behalf of the Shul. Brad and Adina Karasik were here for a relatively short span of time, but left a deep impact on the Shul. Both were always willing to give of their time and their effort to encourage young families to become active in the Shul. Both the Reisbaums and the Karasiks will be greatly missed.
