8:00 pm: Rabbi Zvi Lew's Perspectives on Prayer lecture series for women will be every Wednesday night in the upstairs lobby of the Shul through August 20th. As in the past, the series is sponsored by Ateret Seminary for Women.
9:15 pm: Aneinu will be sponsoring a series of shiurim every Wednesday night through August 27 via teleconference. Rabbi Baruch Rabinovitch will be speaking this week. Hacnasas Sefer Torah:

Rabbi Hershel Solnica's entire family will present a sefer torah to Aderes Eliyahou (Rabbi Teitz's Shul) in honor of his 70th birthday. The procession wil begin on August 31 at 3:00 pm, from the Solnica residence, 144-21 72nd Drive, and it will proceed to Congregation Aderes Eliyahou.
