Women’s League

Every Tuesday, 9:30 pm: Women’s League Weekly Tehillim Group

Clothing Drive: The Women’s League will collect clothing to ship to Israel this Monday, May 23, 7:00-10:00 pm at the Shul. The Women’s League is looking for children’s and teen’s clothing that is in excellent condition. There is a great need for both Shabbos and everyday clothing. Due to import restrictions, we can no longer send shoes, and due to space restrictions we are not sending coats.

The drive is being held as a Z’chus for a R’fuah Sh’leimah for Eidel Chaya bas Gittel.

Community News

The QJCC and the Rego Park Chabad will hold a Lag BaOmer “Festival of Unity” this Sunday from 12:00 noon to 4:00 p.m., at the Horace Harding Playground (located on 62^nd Drive, between 97^th and 98^th Streets, next to P.S. 206 in Rego Park). The family event will feature a free concert by Yoel Sharabi (at 1:00 p.m.) and the Torah Tots (at 2:30 p.m.). There will also be face painting, arts & crafts, and inflatables. Admission is free.

Todd & Kerrie Greenwald are being honored by Mesivta Chofetz Chaim on Wednesday, June 1.
